Every order is custom made between Monday and Friday. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your product(s) to be quality checked and prepared for shipment. After your product(s) have been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking code, which will allow you to monitor the movement of the package.
The approximate shipping times are as follows:
United States: Avg. 3 - 4 business days (after fulfilment).
Canada: Avg. 6 - 10 business days (after fulfilment).
Europe: Avg. 2 - 8 business days (after fulfilment).
UK: Avg. 2 - 5 business days (after fulfilment).
India: Avg. 6 - 10 business days (after fulfilment).
Australia: Avg. 12 - 14 business days (after fulfilment).
To any other international destination, shipping can take anywhere between 8 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on the customs.
* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note, it could take longer than the expected date, due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
International shipments may incur additional customs fees. The customs policy is different for each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Nature Clothing do not take responsibility for customs fees.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
If the received product is misprinted/damaged/defective, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us at least 3 clear pictures of your faulty/damaged product within this period.
Once the problem has been verified, we will take care of the rest and send you the new product(s) with expedited shipping at no further cost for you.
Claims submitted after this time period may not be refundable regardless of the misprint/damage/defect.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be able to receive a refund or exchange.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please read carefully the description chart before making any order. All of our sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves. Also, you can access our sizing guide, which includes all of the sizing information for different products here.
Stolen/Lost in the Mail
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. Your tracking number will be used to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Also, you can track your order directly on our site by visiting the Tracking Order page. If the order tracking is not marked "delivered", a full refund will be issued. If your tracking number is marked as "delivered", but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. Nature Clothing is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package has not arrived in your country, please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date for further assistance.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order or make changes to it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the fulfilment process has started, cancellation and changes cannot be made.
Late or Missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
