How do I place an order?

Ordering online from natureclothing.net is easy! When you decide that this is your product, simply select the color, size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have your desired items in your Shop Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. Finally, you will be directed to complete the contact information, shipping address, shipping method and payment method. An email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but creating an account has a number of benefits. You can review the status of your current and past orders, tracking numbers, if given, join our mailing list to be up to date about special offers and upcoming products, store multiple addresses for delivery to make online checkout more efficient.

Where are Nature Clothing products made?

Our clothes are ethically made in Bangladesh, in factories audited by the Fair Wear Foundation.

What materials are they made of?

T-shirts are made of 100% organic cotton certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Sweatshirts and hoodies are made of 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

Where can I find sizing information?

All of our sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves. Also you can access our sizing guide, which includes all of the sizing information for different products here.

How do you print them?

All our clothes are printed with vegan and eco-friendly inks(no toxins in the ink, no animal by-products used to create the ink, and not tested on animals, safe for use on products for both adults and children, OEKO-TEX® certified), using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing technology.

How do I cancel my account?

Send us an email to hello@natureclothing.net with the subject “Cancel account” and we will delete your account in less than 48 hours.

How do I track my order?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers are generated when a shipping label is printed and shipped – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been shipped.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects any changes, contact us at hello@natureclothing.net.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, USPS or P2P depending on the shipping method/destination.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience: Royal Mail, USPS.COM, P2P.

Why does it say "Held in Customs" on the tracking site?

Please contact your local customs department immediately if you see this update, as your item is most likely being held until customs fees are paid.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

If the received product is misprinted/damaged/defective, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible at hello@natureclothing.net and send us at least 3 clear pictures of your faulty/damaged product within this period.

Once the problem has been verified, we will take care of the rest and send you the new product(s) with expedited shipping at no further cost for you.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We custom make every order between Monday and Friday. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your item(s) to be quality checked and prepared for shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking code and approximate shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom: Avg. 1 - 3 business days (after fulfillment).
United States: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
Europe: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
Australia: Avg. 4 - 9 business days (after fulfillment).

To any other international destination, shipping can take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the customs.

How should I wash my garments?

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold(30 degrees), inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

I placed an order. Why have I not received a tracking code yet?

This is normal - don't worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 to 7 days for us to complete your order. Once your item(s) have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent via email.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@natureclothing.net with your order number.

Please attach at least 3 clear pictures of your faulty/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will take care of the rest and it has no further costs for you. We will send you a new product(s) with expedited shipping (at no cost to you)!

Do you offer refunds?
